These BELLEB (BELLEB GmbH) online shop terms and conditions (the “Terms”) are applied to the products purchased via website (“Online Store”) from BELLEB GmbH (”BELLEB”) by the user and/or visitor of the online store (”Customer”).

The Customer) should carefully read these Terms before using the Online Store. The Terms are applicable to all actions taken by the Customer in the Online Store. The Terms apply to all legal transactions concluded by BELLEB. BELLEB reserves the right to change these Terms at any time without prior notice. 

BELLEB is a limited liability company which operates an online shop at for the sale of sustainable clothes and accessories from our own production.



The purchase contract with BELLEB is concluded as soon as the order is placed. When ordering via the Online Store, an order confirmation is automatically generated by the system and sent to the Customer's previously provided email address. This message only confirms receipt of the order, but does not guarantee availability. 

BELLEB may cancel the contract if items are not available or out of stock of for any other reason, which prevents BELLEB from delivering the ordered merchandise to the customer. In this case, BELLEB is not liable to customer for any damages or delays. If the delivery is impossible or the price is incorrect, BELLEB will inform the customer as soon as possible. Valuable alternatives are offered to the customer. If no agreement can be reached, BELLEB will reimburse the amount paid by Customer.

Upon conclusion of the purchase contract, benefit and risk shall pass to the Customer.



We try to present our products as accurately as possible on our website. All photos, illustrations and other images of products in the Online Store, in advertising and other media are for illustration purpose only. We do our best to ensure that the product images would be as true color as possible. The actual product may vary due lightings and different screen settings.

Customer is responsible for possible import taxes and VAT of their shipping address outside of Switzerland. Prices do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs per order are displayed at the check-out, when the Customer chooses the delivery method. BELLEB reserves the right to change prices and shipping costs in such a way that such changes are only applied to orders made after the changes become effective. 

The online shop shows availability and delivery times as accurately as possible. However, there may be availability or delivery delays for various reasons in high seasons or i.e. technical or human nature, which is why all information on availability and delivery times is without guarantee. BELLEB aims to provide correct and updated information on the products and their availability in the Online Store, but cannot guarantee the accuracy of the data or the availability or sufficient number of products. Only a limited number of some products are produced, or a product may be temporarily sold out. BELLEB Online Store does not have reserving shopping cart.



After the order has been received, the products are sent to the delivery address specified by the customer via parcel post. Customer is responsible to provide correct shipping details. Usual delivery times are 1 to 5 working days for addresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein depending of the delivery chosen. Delivery times abroad depend on the country and result in particular from the transport times. We send all orders with tracking numbers, that you can see all the time where the delivery is currently or check the order status.

If the delivery of the package is unsuccessful and the package returns to BELLEB, the Customer will be contacted and an alternative delivery will be arranged. Additional delivery costs can be passed on to the Customer. BELLEB can cancel the order in the event of delivery problems. Customer will be reimbursed for the price paid minus any costs already incurred to BELLEB (delivery costs etc.).

The liability of BELLEB is excluded to the extent permitted by law. In particular, BELLEB is not responsible for delays in deliveries caused by products being unavailable.

BELLEB offers a limited warranty for apparent damages as per the following conditions: After receiving the delivery, the Customer must check without undue delay that the delivered Products are not damaged and are error-free in all aspects. The Customer must also ensure that the delivery contains all the Products that the Customer ordered. Customer must inform BELLEB immediately about damaged products and other errors within 7 days from the time of delivery by email. Defective products should not be worn. If the defect is accepted on the part of BELLEB, BELLEB provides a remedy as it sees fit (e.g. reimbursement, replacement).



For an easy and safe shopping experience BELLEB Online Store offers the following payment methods:

Payment service providers are third parties, with whom BELLEB has entered into a contract. The Customer enters all credit card or internet bank payment details on the bank or payment service provider’s site. BELLEB uses an encrypted SSL-connection to make shopping safe for the customer.



BELLEB grants the customer the right to return ordered products within a maximum of 10 calendar days from the delivery date. The customer sends the products back at his own risk and expense and with a description of the reason for the return to:

You may return your order only if:

  • Products are undamaged
  • Products are in perfect condition
  • no signs of use
  • original labels have not been removed
  • original packaging is returned with products.


It is customer’s responsibility to cover the return cost of the shipment.

The Customer must handle and pack the products with care, in order to avoid damage during return shipment. The return shipment cannot be dropped at a post mailbox for return. The Customer must attach information about the returned products with the return. The package must be sent via post office, and the Customer must keep a return receipt. Failing to comply with these instructions might result in losing your right to reimbursement.

As soon as your return has been received, checked and accepted by BELLEB, the customer has two options for the refund:

  1.  The reimbursement is carried out in the form of a BELLEB voucher. In this case, shipping costs are partially refund (max. 7 CHF) and will be added to the value of the voucher.
  2.  The purchase price will be reimbursed according to the payment method used for the order. In this case, shipping costs will not be refunded.



Unless the applicable and mandatory legislation states otherwise, BELLEB is not responsible for any delay or damage caused by circumstances beyond BELLEB’s control. These may be general strikes, war, fires, lightning, terrorist attacks, pandemic, amendments to official regulations, technical problems, defects in power/telecommunication/computers or any other communications and defects and delays in subcontractors’ services caused by the aforementioned circumstances. If such a condition arises, BELLEB will inform the Customer.



These terms are governed by Swiss material law. The Vienna Convention on the international sale of goods is not applicable.  Place of jurisdiction is Mühlau, Switzerland, unless mandatory statutory provisions provide for another place of jurisdiction.
